It's Apple Day! Whee~

Er ge (my second brother) called me this morning, he gave me a task to do the dessert for the set lunch in his vegetarian restaurant. It's gotta be vegan, no milk, no eggs, no butter.

Then I found this recipe!

Apple Raisin Muffins~

My first time doing this recipe, don't know it tastes this good :D 

No flavoring added and the fragrance of the apple is in each munch.

Then this, I love the apple crumble served once in a while in front of the library. 

I got a recipe from the "Nutritionist Choice Cookbook" but it just doesn't look like the one I bought.

Then I search through the net and found a good recipe by Jamie Oliver, it was wonderful! 

I packed them then drove to see er ge, er ge and his staffs love them, woohoo~ :D

Yesterday I made this:

But next time I would like to try and modify to make a HONEY popcorn instead, honey popcorn would be more crispy I think.

I drove to see the boss of Lucky Jelly, my current part time job site, to tell her I won't be able to work on my last two Saturdays for I got a promoter job, better pay :P

Feel good, glad that I make the decision to come in person to tell her.

Glad that I didn't decide to lie.

So, I won't be around in Klang this and next weekends. 

Though I'll only get the wages in July :-/

That's the only bad thing about promoter job, 

also, a good thing, so I won't go and spend the money anytime soon :P

Oh ya! Ah Dai called just now, out of the blue! 

He said he'll be coming down to Klang tomorrow and asked me to go sing K!

Woohoo!! Of course I booked the K room right away!! :DD

So brunch will be in GreenBox tomorrow, then shop around with the old friend,

wave goodbye and go to Pandamaran to get my car serviced.

Following, I need to look for the way to Empire Subang before the "sentence" time in Bukit Jalil....

Well, actually I'm not as nervous.

I'm a last-minute-adrenaline person.

Just gonna hope for the best.

Hopefully things work out just like the plan. 

It's gonna be busy schedule until next Monday.
