I wanna slim down!!!
Before I've gone into another life stage, adult.
I'll definitely need a weigh, need a accurate one.
Then I'll record my weigh at the same time daily.
I'll eat enough in the morning, and cut down calories in the evening.
Cut down chocolate and biscuit.
For the sake of my skin health, I'll go to bed early, at least before 12am.
My goal for the 3 months and 25 days before 20th birthday is to at least cut down 3 kilograms!
I have to schedule my exercise plan.
Though I'm still thinking, at least I'll make myself to enjoy swimming every Saturday evening.
Can't make it to swim with swimming club every Tuesday though, cause I'll be attending Japanese class.
Maybe I'll try jogging in the morning.
Hm... should I eat breakfast before jog or after?
By the way, back to study first, worrying about my class test and PBL...
