Dreamz Cafe @ Kota Damansara

Bidding goodbye to year 2014, I've also quit my part time job in Pickle & Fig.
Hence, much more time to continue my cafe hopping and exercise.
Although, my favourite place will still be the frequently visited one.
Vividly remember, how my mood was, stepping into this cozy little cafe on the day I came to PJ for the interview of my current job.
The ambience and decoration feels like home.
These are photos from few visits, one of it was before Christmas.
Lemon Sauce Chicken Rice
with side salad and Chicken Herb Soup
RM17.90
The Chicken Herb Soup was an essential part of the Chicken Rice set.
It completes the set, wrapping it with homey warmth.

I went there alone, with my laptop and books.
Later then ordered desserts and coffee.
Blueberry and Passion fruit Macarons
Loving the flavourful Passion fruit Macarons
Blueberry Macaron
Cappuccino
Christmas cookies for sales
Right next to the counter, you will find these display of 80's, 90's childhood memories on sales.
They also sell homemade cookies which I think make good gift for friends and family.

During the visit with my dear, I go for the Carbonara.
Carbonara Spaghetti
It's a delicate cafe well-decorated at all corners.
There was once when I visited, I was the only customer. While waiting for my food, I started admiring each and every corner in the cafe.

During my another revisit, I ordered Japanese Curry Chicken Rice, which is similar to Lemon Sauce Chicken Rice. It was a long stay, I then ordered Mushroom Soup. It was really filling with the thick texture soup and toast. Again, the presentation itself is inviting.

Well if you prefer to not walk up the staircase, or in case of disability or injury, you can use the lift.

Jennifer's Sweet 25th at Hanz Harvest & Cafe @ Damansara Jaya SS22

Counting down to our first public holiday after Chinese New Year in our first year of entering work force,
we were celebrating Jen's birthday.
We brought little presents, while Jen' was bringing each of us a rose.

Hanz Harvest & Cafe is my recent favorite, it's nearby, it's cozy, the food and drinks are worth the value and not over-charged.

Visible effort seen in furnishing and decorating the cafe, with the details and all it takes is this one cup of coffee to keep me in.
Local coffee @ RM3
They sell fruits, including banana, apples, kiwi, oranges, etc
depends on availability.
The signature dish will be Rose-a-mary Chicken, I later tried the apple sauce version of it and am keep coming back for more.
Rose-a-marry Chicken served with side salad and wedges @RM15.90
Get the value set during Lunch and Dinner!
ABC top with extra creamy peanut butter ice cream
@ RM5.50 for a generous big bowl
I've brought few of friends there so far. Everyone has been happy with it so far.

Buttermilk Chicken Rice @ RM10
Crispy chicken pieces, tangy mild spicy buttermilk sauce and the running yolk, lovely!
Jennifer ordered Salmon with Lemon Cream @ RM19.90
The amount of fish is generous and it's fresh.
WengYan had this Sweet & Sour Chicken Rice @ RM10
Malaysian Chinese all time favorite that was done well as well!
Jennifer treated us with this Escargot,
which is served with garlic bread and side salad.
It's very good for a first timer in eating escargot like me.
For desserts, they also sell this homemade cheesecake.
The waiter was very friendly and helpful, when I said I wanna present the cake for a birthday girl, he had this brought to our table, simply beautiful and wonderful.
Homemade Cheesecake served with a beautifully cut into rose shape strawberry
Elegant!
We are brought together in the same town again.
Cherish the fate. Happy Birthday once again ;)
Buh-bye~ :p

Dé Coffee Room @Cheras with Catherine

It's a nice little cozy cafe, located in Cheras.
As it is located off main street, look out for the Challenger Sports Center in Taman Cuepacs, it is right next to a mamak place.

I was visiting Catherine in Cheras. We usually hang out in café during university time. So I suggested that she look for a nearby café. She found this place from this site.
It's year end, christmas time soon!
Simple menu, they serve coffee, tea and some other beverages.
The food menu is rather limited.

I was already all starving after long hours driving from Klang to Cheras, then to find this location. Time for some food!
Weekend menu: fresh salmon bagel for Catherine
I had ham and cheese instead.
We both agree that the bagels were good, especially with the sour cream spread. It moistures the taste bud, lightens at the same time flavours the bagel.
Refreshing lemon grass

Cappuccino for me, as always.
Smooth and aromatic.
I'm not professional in tasting coffee but this is definitely not a bad one ;)
There is limited number of tables and seats as well. Not much crowd but some regulars I guess.
I don't recall how many hours we spent there, catching up. It was in all a pleasant experience there.

Just remember, if you ever are trying to locate this place, go off the main road.
